Programme
We have designed a very interactive set of incubation training modules to keep you motivated and engaged. Besides interesting plenaries and crash-courses to strengthen your entrepreneurial skills, we have planned energizers, fun team building exercises and e-social activities for you to interact with other young entrepreneurs. We will also push you to engage directly with your potential customers. That means you will have to get outside your conceptual comfort zone.
While we have a range of team exercises that help you understand key tools, you will work on your (team’s) own green business idea throughout the incubation programme. Moreover you will receive tailored coaching support and will meet expert mentors to advance you business idea. Below you find the agenda for the training module 1. Due to the Covid-19 crisis, the first training module will be partly organized online, while day 3 will take place at the PPU premises. Please note that the agenda is subject to slight adjustments.
Input Sessions
We will start these sessions with fun energisers and exercises to get us powered for new knowledge. In plenary, our trainers will offer you crash courses on “how to” develop your idea. In break-out rooms, your coaches will help you to start applying the new-acquired knowledge in your business idea.
Inspirational Sessions
We will all gather in a zoom room, getting inspired by interesting inputs and lectures. This is the time to mingle and get to know each other. Don’t miss it!
Group Work & Mentorship
Once all is clear, your coach will let you work in groups. You may stay in your zoom rooms and work together. If you have to break for lunch/dinner, don’t worry, we will be waiting for you. Just join the plenary zoom room and ask us to set your break-out rooms again!
Group Work Sessions
Once all is clear, your coach will let you work in groups. You may stay in your zoom rooms and work together. If you have to break for lunch/dinner, don’t worry. You can of course also use your own communication channels for collaboration.
